maritocracy specially in india service center DBSI. Please plan a career progression for tenured employees in the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
need to empower the HR team. HR team should not be a rubber stamp. Secondly before taking any employee there must be a career progression road map for him. Its totally missing in diageo. If you learn new Skill then also you do not get any avenue to use it
