What does the leadership team need to get better at?

need to empower the HR team. HR team should not be a rubber stamp. Secondly before taking any employee there must be a career progression road map for him. Its totally missing in diageo. If you learn new Skill then also you do not get any avenue to use it

Need to be more empathetic and supportive

Absence of leadership. They need to lead rather than talking

Being a more authentic culture, less tell do, less fear
