Executive Bio

Ms. Elizabeth C. Radigan, also known as Lisa, has been the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Vice President at Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated (alternate name, Diebold, Incorporated) since November 2014. Ms. Radigan oversees the development and implementation of Diebold's global ethics and compliance program. Prior to joining Diebold, she served as a Senior Associate at global law firm, Jones Day, where she represented public companies in U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission and company internal investigations regarding compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as well as other anti-corruption laws arising from conduct in China, India, Brazil/Latin America, Russia and Southeast Asia. She has represented clients in state and federal courts around the country and has argued before the Ohio Supreme Court. In addition, she has extensive experience designing policies, protocols, training materials, risk assessment materials and full compliance programs for Fortune 500 companies. She has conducted training and provided guidance to numerous public companies regarding anti-corruption and other compliance risks. She has been Member of Supervisory Board at Diebold Nixdorf Aktiengesellschaft since October 1, 2016. She is a Member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Ms. Radigan earned a Law Degree, with honors, from American University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History, with honors, from Ohio State University.
