John D. Kristoff — VP & Chief Communications Officer at Diebold

Mr. John D. Kristoff serves as Chief Communications Officer at Diebold, Incorporated and has been its Vice President since 2006. Mr. Kristoff served as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Diebold, Incorporated since August 18, 2016. Mr. Kristoff served as Chief Communications Officer and Vice President of Diebold, Incorporated since 2006. Mr. Kristoff is responsible for communicating Diebold's business strategies and financial performance to the investment community and also serves as its primary contact for shareholders and analysts. In addition, he was also responsible for Diebold Inc.'s strategic design group, including all product design and the global documentation and language translation organization. He served as the Vice President of Investor Relations of Diebold Inc. from January 12, 2004 to April 2006. Mr. Kristoff joined Diebold inc. in 1990 in its public relations group and served in a variety of management positions within the communications and investor relations areas and also served as it's Director of Investor Relations and Global Communications. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Kent State University, Kent, Ohio and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Ashland University, Ashland, Ohio.
