Executive Bio

Mr. Neil has been Senior Vice President and Managing Director of The Asia Pacific Division at Diebold, Incorporated since February 17, 2014. Mr. Emerson joined Diebold from TMF Group where he most recently served as chief executive officer for operations in its Asia Pacific and East Africa region. Mr. Emerson served as the Head of Asia Pacific at TMF Group B.V. Mr. Emerson joined TMF in May 2012 and oversees the expansion in the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Emerson served as Vice-President for Asia of Electronic Data Systems, LLC (AKA HP Enterprise Services, LLC) since July, 2009. Mr. Emerson oversee EDS' businesses such as infrastructure services, business process outsourcing and applications management. Prior to TMF, Mr. Emerson served as Vice President and Managing Director for Asia at HP Enterprise Services, where he oversaw the expansion of the HP services business into China, plus developing South East Asia markets. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Australia & New Zealand at EDS. Throughout a career spanning almost 30 years, Mr. Emerson has accelerated the growth of a number of leading service providers in Asia. He served as a Director of IBM Global Services. He held various executive management roles at a number of banks across the region.
