He served as an Executive Vice President of Software & Services Business Units at Diebold Nixdorf Aktiengesellschaft since March 5, 2016 and Executive Vice President of Services since May 1, 2013 until March 5, 2016. With more than 29 years of experience, he has held a number of senior leadership positions at various global information technology and telecommunications companies. Prior to joining Wincor Nixdorf in 2013, Heyden served as the Chief Executive Officer of Freudenberg IT GmbH & Co. KG. He served as Head of ICT Operations of T-Systems Limited since April 1, 2008 and its Member of Management Board since January 2005. Mr. Heyden served as a Member of the Board of Management of T-Systems Business Services GmbH since January 2005 and served as its Head of ICT Operations. He served as Head of IT Operations of T-Systems International GmbH. He led the IT Operations unit of T-Systems Enterprise Services which serves about 60 multinational corporations and large public institutions until March 2008. He spent twelve years in various senior leadership positions at Deutsche Telekom, a German telecommunications company. He served as head of the information management division of E-Plus since 1994. From January 1996 to February 1998, he served as Manager of the customer-oriented information systems division at T-Mobile. In 1998, he departed for EDS Informationstechnologie and Service GmbH in R??sselsheim, where he served as Senior Vice President/Vice President of Operations for business process management in Europe and Africa. He joined Deutsche Telekom AG on June 1, 2000 as head of the Invoicing and Customer Payments division and served as its Head of the Billing & Collection division since 2004. He has been a Director of Wincor Nixdorf Aktiengesellschaft since May 1, 2013. He serves as a Director of T-Systems International GmbH. Mr. Heyden studied business administration at the Ravensburg University of Cooperative Education in Germany and received a degree in business computing from the University of Applied Sciences in Rendsburg, Germany.
