She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and related fields, successfully holding various leadership positions in human resources operations and consulting at companies such as Alcoa, Mercer, Conduent and Cigna. Ms. Lang is a native of Washington, Pa., and has residences in the Pittsburgh and North Canton areas. She also holds various certifications in human capital management, mergers and acquisitions, global employee benefits, manufacturing business systems and the Toyota Production System. She received a bachelor's degree from Duquesne University in business administration with a concentration in Information Technology & Management.
