Mr. Reinhard Rabenstein has been the Chief Technology Officer of Solutions and Senior Vice President at Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated since October 06, 2016. Mr. Rabenstein is responsible for integrating and consolidating Diebold's technology roadmap. He served as Managing Director of Aevi International GmbH until May 2, 2017. He served as Senior Vice President of Diebold Nixdorf Aktiengesellschaft (also known as Wincor Nixdorf Aktiengesellschaft )and served as its Chief Technology Officer since October 1, 2005. Since 1999, Mr. Rabenstein served as Head of the banking Application Software unit at Nixdorf. Mr. Rabenstein joined Nixdorf Computer AG in 1980 and was responsible for product and software development of Wincor's banking business. He served various management posts in Software Development at Nixdorf. He has worked with Wincor Nixdorf and its predecessor companies for more than 30 years, primarily in retail banking. He has been Chairman of the Advisory Board at Aevi International GmbH since May 2, 2017. He served as Member of the Executive Board at Wincor Nixdorf Aktiengesellschaft since October 1, 2005.
