Management is only concerned with getting bonuses. They do not care about their employees. They do not help their employees and when asked for help they threaten to take away the little bit of help that we are given.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
coworkers tell on you for every little thing (even if you didn't do anything wrong, they twist it just so that you get into trouble). you can't do anything without being told on. if they minded their own business then it wouldn't be so bad.
