What is the best part about your compensation package?

All the standard bennies plus pet insurance, personal days, service days. Extra days off around holidays.

Stock options, it should be increaced.

What is not to like!? Decent salary. Our PTO consists of sick, personal, philanthropy, and Vacation Time. Half day Fridays. Monthly gift card to IHOP and Applebee's and the list goes on!

Dine offers an extremely competitive salary level for my field and the bonus structure is second to none!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was paid 30% under the market. This was evident when I more than made up the difference on the following job. There is massive disparity between departments in regards to job titles - it is very common for people to get promoted here because everyone else in the department has left.

I feel that the location I am currently at is not up to corporate standards.
