What makes you most happy at work?
A successful menu launch with no issues!
The fact when people call in to get help from me it's satisfying to know when I am able to fix something that effects several people and how well they can perform their jobs. It has a profound effect on someone.
Working remote and save gas in traffic.

Upper level management needs to give good feedback when it is earmed. Only gettimgbthe nagative makes no one wamt to work harder for a company
