Not sabotaging employees and helping them grow

The whole leadership team needs to be wiped and replaced with a leader who cares about their people and less about doing some Office Space shenanigans by trying to cut head count (this company already runs lean) just to keep the EPS up.

I was paid 30% under the market. This was evident when I more than made up the difference on the following job. There is massive disparity between departments in regards to job titles - it is very common for people to get promoted here because everyone else in the department has left.

I feel that the location I am currently at is not up to corporate standards.

New employees but the dine brands culture attracks people who are corporare robots trying to be "cool kids"

The employee's lack customer service skills and do not attend to guest properly.
