Pick a direction. Stick with it. \nStaff projects reasonably. Set high but realistic goals instead of unattainable dreams.

Not comparable to other companies in the Industry. Absolutely zero job security. Executive leadership constantly changing direction.

If every project in the company is the most important project in the company, it's impossible to set priorities.
