They care about everyone in the company, they care about the people who use the site, and they genuinely care about their mission and values and the music loving community as a whole.
Everything. They're terrible strategists, terrible managers, terrible decision makers. The spend company money on themselves and don't respect the employees or listen to their feedback. Basically they're pretty clueless and the website and it's incredible community are suffering as a direct result.

They tend to pay average to lower wages for engineers. The Portland economy is not a great model to rely on for tech compensation.

Completely new leadership team. They are literally ruining the company and everyone below them talks about it all the time and nothing ever changes.
