My interviewers gave me the floor to ask questions about the company as well
When it was over and I got the job.
The follow-up was consistent and appreciated.
During my interview, I enjoyed connecting with the hiring manager and demonstrating to him my ability to sell. He also gave me the opportunity to listen in with an agent on her calls, so I know what to expect and how I felt about this position. I was very secure that I found the perfect match.
It was a long time ago, but it accurately described my day to day.
Easy and wxpections told upon interview

They really force you to not only think about stuff that you have done at work to show you are ready but they also try to get real world experiences from you. Because unlike being in the office life doesn't have a playbook or walk through for you

Stop drawing it out and needing every single VPs approval to get good candidates in. By the time we get through the process top talent has found a job elsewhere
There are pointless questionnaires that make the interview process painfully long.
DISH relies very heavily on aptitude test and candidates aren't warned about what they are about to go through.
Remove the tests and the number of interviews
Review from Operations Dept
An interview process of two months is unnecessary for the position nor the job description that comes with it
