- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Probably resigning is what they all should get better at. The leadership is toxic and greedy to a person. They could care less about the clinical employees in the field. Oh, and thanks for the cheap holiday gift made in China that is probably full of carcinogens.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?PTO for providers is a joke. You claim to be concerned about wellness because you think it sounds good. How about giving us some reasonable time off?
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Hire an HR department that isn't hostile to the employees.
