What makes you most happy at work?I feel confident in my contribution to the company but also the community the company serves
What is the best part about your compensation package?Flexible vacation and sick leave policy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?autonomy to get the job done
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Probably resigning is what they all should get better at. The leadership is toxic and greedy to a person. They could care less about the clinical employees in the field. Oh, and thanks for the cheap holiday gift made in China that is probably full of carcinogens.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?PTO for providers is a joke. You claim to be concerned about wellness because you think it sounds good. How about giving us some reasonable time off?
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Hire an HR department that isn't hostile to the employees.
