Probably resigning is what they all should get better at. The leadership is toxic and greedy to a person. They could care less about the clinical employees in the field. Oh, and thanks for the cheap holiday gift made in China that is probably full of carcinogens.

Need more personable and less abrasive management. Care about employees more and actively demonstrate that with company policies and goals.
New job opportunities often but it seems you need to be friends with care management to be considered. Please consider job applicants who meet/exceed the requirements instead of skipping over them due to personal bias. Address toxic/hostile behaviors from supervisors the first time. Cliquish mgmnt

Be more aware of what's actually going on in the department. Seems that higher ups are getting farther and farther away from the employees. Be more approachable and don't depend on middle management for real answers.
Communication, positive reinforcement, follow up, follow through
PTO for providers is a joke. You claim to be concerned about wellness because you think it sounds good. How about giving us some reasonable time off?

Pay is sufficient. Had higher offers elsewhere but I stay because I love the company and the job. I'm not aware of any opportunity for me to buy into the company.
I am part time, so answered no. If I am eligible for any benefits would gladly enroll. Don't know about retirement investments for part timers.
Review from Operations Dept
Training is rushed and unfocused. Things are always changing but hardly communicated so you are held to an evolving standard that you may not even be aware of. Mgmnt team is not open to being questioned. There is a some but not all mentality when correcting employees so cozy up to mgmnt

My position should be an hourly position. It was ok at first but I'm putting in some serious hours and not being reimbursed for them.
When I transferred to nsh, there was a ton of tension, and it was very shady and toxic. Heidi has done an amazing job to listen and make the culture better. New staff has come on and they seem have values, and take pride in their job. It has improved, but we still have a few sour apples.
Coworkers are fine. Not much feedback.
Review from HR Dept
Hire an HR department that isn't hostile to the employees.

Stop structuring goals around speeding up visits and stop eliminating team bonding time. Demonstrably value your employees as people.
More time off. Stop sending to homes of inappropriate patients, management here spends a lot of time gossiping behind backs and talking about employees to peers
More value on retention, market wages, of your highly akilled APPs, room for advancement, better bonus pay. If DH want OT or extra shifts 1.5x regular pay is standard, often my other groups offer 2x pay rate. Travel being compensated is expected and should be referred to as part of the bonus pay.
Incitive bonus or trips so you can keep your employer engaged in work and be proactive
4-5 interviews is excessive for a mid manager role
Review from Marketing Dept
We see patients who are inappropriate for acute care in the homes. The screeners need more training and need to be medical professionals. Call the provider who will actually see the patient to do the screen, not someone in anothermarket.
Too many leaders and not enough worker ants
Our team is overallocated and under supported. I have historically been given "deliverables" that are not possible and simply lack the resources. I do not get reasonable time with my supervisor as they are more focused on their areas of interest rather than all programs in their purview
Pay us better. Quit having placing people in management roles that are nasty people
More of an inviting culture and atmosphere. Opportunities to grow without needing all the personal connections. Less of a clique environment from management
