Leadership needs a medical background. There is not a single member of management within the company that has medical or pharmacy experience. KPIs and money is of the utmost importance and employees are treated poorly by management staff.
Senior leadership doses not speak to employees and entry level leadership with respect. Their HR is not in the business of taking in others perspectives. They make excuses for how VP?

Raises are rarely ever given. PTO is only 10 days for a year.

Communication between all management levels and HR
Reevaluate raises would make a big difference, but mostly change how senior leadership talks down to others.
Stop letting people interview for specific jobs just to hire them for a totally different position
Screen for employees for medical knowledge and background, not sales experience.
Customer service and overal product is generally awful
