Domino's Pizza Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Seems fair when compared to others; however, the executive to rank-and-file pay is still way out of whack (execs earn in one month what the rest of us earn in a year but they're not 12x smarter or working 12x harder than the rest of us).

Nothing for the amount of abuse we endure from our manager

Great salary and bonus structure

Insurance, benefits and rest days

The finical is good. The market is unstable right mow.

Review from Sales Dept

It's great and all of that stuff

i am paid very well

Deliver base depend on my work only package is

Review from Sales Dept

Total compensation is >140k as a software dev in the midwest. I feel like that beats most companies.

No knowledge of package. No clue.

Unknown yet, i am a new employee

Very generous vacation and holiday days off

Review from Operations Dept

Medical insurance and all the additional perks

Review from Marketing Dept

A good bonus program that's tied to company performance (but also achievable)

Review from Operations Dept

401k match and global health care coverage (for expats).

Review from Operations Dept

Bonuses, health insurance, life insurance, retirement plan and time off.

Review from Operations Dept

ESPP has been a great investment, the matching 401k is nice.

Review from Operations Dept

Annual bonus plan with upside for shared company success.

I really enjoy the the programs Domino's makes available that most other companies I worked at didn't think about; Ginger personal coaching, ReThink developmental counseling, and Hinge pain managemen, just to name a few. And of course, I absolutely appreciate the yearly bonuses.

Review from IT Dept

The TAD bonus is generous and fair.

Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A raise would be nice and i feel undervalued because i have been passed over for promotion at least 5 tumes after previously serving in a general manager position

I don't even know at this point

I have no clue what benefits are available to me. All I was told was if I got an open enrollment invite in the mail, then I qualify for benefits. No one seems to know much regarding benefits and eligibility.

A promotion and a raise

I'm paid less than minimum wage on the road in an area where tips are unreliable. I've had nights where I go 4 deliveries in a row with no tip, and this was a common occurrence. So when I get attitude about not wanting to work in store - look it it from my side, 30 minutes washing dishes is $3.62

Ive gotten the highest score in the country on a inspection by myself without help upper management made one pizza literally they watch me struggle promise me help then say im being smart when i ask for what they promise me

Review from Customer Success Dept

As explained a thanks now and them

upper managment goes on power trips and doesnt care about employees. theyre not flexible with schedules, dont give maternity leave and make you feel like less than dirt. compensation for doing the work of 3 people when i should only being doing the work of ONE would make me feel better about the pay

Not appreciated for simply doing my job, most things turned around to be my fault even if they weren’t. Treated like a terrible employee even though I did more work than half the people ther

The franchise I work for pays well for Dominos but only the managers. I'm a manager I get phone calls all the time but mostly from the DM. When I fill in for the GM I barely get a thanks. They have also lied right to my face saying by law I have to wait 6 for health insurance.

Absolutely I feel undervalued. I'm a delivery driver, and I have legendary customer service skills and experience.i ha experience been in the same position for 3 years. I have never received a performance evaluation,or even offered a wage increase. I feel that what I bring to the table,is overlooked

No health brnifits plus i dont get paid dor sick leave

Getting paid at least $2 per delivery and more flexible hours.

Yearly salary increase need on inflation

getting offered insurance and knowing about my benefits

Review from Product Dept

I get paid £4.62 an hour, minimum wage for a 16 year old in the UK, when my colleagues are paid over £8 for the same jo

Review from Customer Success Dept

Paid based on work ethic

Money on the wood Always good

Better Pay, respect from mgmt team members!!!

I can't call out of work even when sick. There is no chance for raises. Drivers make more than managers. Health insurance is still pricey. I'm required to work outside my availability if there is no coverage.
