DoorDash Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything the fast payment and quick orders

pay. I was making 27/hr

Review from Operations Dept

There's none , independent contractor

I get very good deliveries and high paying orders for my acceptance rate being up

Life insurance with abriva fifth word

Review from Customer Success Dept

Easy to get, cheap weekly payment

Review from Customer Success Dept

The pay is very good

Review from Operations Dept

Great RSUs and 401k match plus health benefits

Meeting my times and getting the orders where they need to be

Im not sure, if you mean like benifts probably the chiropractor but i havent even got to use any of them

Review from Product Dept

im still contingent at this time.

Health insurance options for me and my family

Balanced combination of cash and equity. Free lunches if you go to the office.

The best part of compensation package is the competiveness of the wages. I feel confident that I am receiving fair compensation for my work.

I dont have one currently

Review from Customer Success Dept

It's fair and it comes in punctually.

Nice stock sign on bonus, benefits start day 1 and are very reasonably priced

Convenience & all the good stuffs that comes in the package.

Doesnt matter what compensation i receive, im the one that agreed to work for this wage. Dasher support needs to change or they will unionize and ruin the industry

the benefits are decent enough.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More oppurtunities that work for me

Be fair. Dont penalize people for trying to do right by the customer.

Base pay is 2 dollars and min wage is 15/hr 2-3 delivery's is about 1 hr that is 6 dollars an hr

Review from Customer Success Dept

DASHERS DONT GET BENEFITS OR DISCOUNTS NOR DO WE GET OUT DASHER GEAR FOR THE FIRST TIME FREE SINCE WE ARE WORKING FOR DOORDASH COMPANY.. WE DONT EVEN GET THE GEAR AN BAGS AND MAGS ETC AR LOW PRICE EITHER.. WE SHOULD GET OUR FIRST GEAR AN BAGS FREE FIRST THEN ATLEAST PAY HALF PRICE NEXT TIME FOR RE.

Have an executive work the front line as a dasher for 1 full week. This will tell you all you need to know.

Because they let a customer take back a tip on a order that was 11 minutes early

HR open communication should be readily available to workers.

Maybe just someone answer the phone would be good someone that speaks English also a plus. Some resolution also would be great

Allowing customers to add extra tips after they receive their delivery. Better compensation when restaurants are unable to fulfil the order.

Support team that listens to you when they have a problem

Sometimes things go wrong with the App....when this happens.... App algorithms put immediate blame & responsibility on worker. In reality, dasher has no control over what the app does, however Workers pay is affected by not receiving it or its delayed. This happens often. Ratings are effected

Review from Operations Dept

Get rid of everyone in the entire support department because it doesn't support anything it is simply there to irritate obfuscate and disrupt us so that we won't do anything and eventually either leave on our own or they deactivate us

Others were offered more than me mean while I did more than they did.

If they had staff at doordash direct that listened or cared. Hung up on several times. Emailed the 8 days ago with no response. Just run

Review from Customer Success Dept

Pay for what you do

I want righteous hard-working people to be treated fairly I do not need money but expect the people to do their jobs I know I go out of my way to make sure that I do things right at the very least people could do their obligated to but it seems like they're not

If they showed they cared and payed more instead of 3/5 dollars

Thay steel money from dashers

If I was paid for vehicle I'm using. My ratings are good. Priority but App issues and pay is still low. Car vehicle repair plans

Re read previous entries to under the problem
