
About six months ago, I was written up on a social media page received 179 comments over 600 likes and an additional $600 in tips. Then Doordash started their new programs and they are destroying my desire to work for him. I'm looking for something else

Merchants verbally assaulting dashers, and the issue not being elevated to management. This can be remedied by restricting our services for that merchant. Navigator has issues syncing with precise location. Says to turn literally 3 yards from the street and causes late orders and unsafe conditions

Customer communication and understanding better support
Dash support needs to handle tax form issues or client information with more expediency.
Too many dashers don't care about their job and are disrespectful to merchants and customers
More needs to be done to improve the technology and the app that is used to be more consistent so that those making the money for the company can do so with ease and not have so many issues which reflects poorly on the company and makes it that the customers are not being served as efficiently

Lack of customer service and unknowledgeable
Way better management and we need to be able to speak to HR or contact the CEO if needed and We should be able to get transferred to the direct department that we need to get transferred to not try to hear back from them and them never call
Increase base pay to a minimum of $4.99.
Customers get mad at the Dashers some times FOR their order being late, when it's out of our control. I have been yelled at by several customers because their order was late
Antivirus anti hacking, fair compensation, considering the drivers rather than the bottom line or rhe customer.
