It's a good stepping stone, but not a final destination. People don't tend to stay longer than one or two years. You should have a high stress tolerance to survive this company and you will always feel over overwhelmed. You will make good friends and build great connections with clients though.

It seems to be well balanced with representation from every department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although this company has been in business for many years, they pay startup level salaries which are below market rate.
