My team is dynamic, independent, collaborative, highly skilled, they have so much potential, they are go-getters etc
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the fact that we have to belong to a provident fund. And we also receive a laptop and cellphone allowance.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and the fact that I get to help my colleagues which in turn helps the business's bottom line.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We see everyone as part of the family and thus we care about everyone and we are all willing to help anyone in need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is a good representation of everyone within the business (well most of the roles are covered in this team). They are dynamic, innovative, skilled, forward-thinking, adaptive and just really really talented.
