When I first bought my drybar oval dryer brush I was in love with it. It made my hair so silky and smooth. I used it the other day and the motor just seized up and now doesn't work. Now I'm out of an expensive hair tool and it was only a year. I hope this can be resolved.

Drybar has strong fundamentals but the top down approach and lack of interest from upper management puts pressure on every person that works in the stores on a daily basis. Platitudes about teamwork often seem to usurp any actual organizational structure or respect for labour rights and laws.
