Okay. Pay is on the low side and benefits are not very good when compared to other Utilites in the state

Very highly educated and experienced. Hard workers.

Manager was very positive and helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low pay and very small yearly increases are embarrassing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much management interference. They stay out of the way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Remote work is great. Cuts down on commuting time. Can put more hours of work in to the day.
