The company needs to change. The very foundation of the company is the business credit report yet little to no effort is made to support the work of the very people trusted to build them. Ridiculous production requirements, time constraints, & the focus isnt on quality & accuracy.
Pay well. Get rid of management get better data
Focus on building the products customers want. Reward people with innovative ideas, overachievers, collaborators.
Transparency across the organization. Change is an action, not a word. There is a lot of untapped potential in the organization that is stifled due to the old way of doing things.
