Diversity of thought, talent. Inclusion beyond senior execs

Get rid of lazy employees, not new innovative people. Update product to newest technologies. Fill gaps in security - data leakage everywhere - very bad for a "big data company".

Interviews Reviews

Outside head hunter agency could be ised

It doesn't take 12 interviews to select a candidate. Seems like no one wants to make a decision.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

The company needs to change. The very foundation of the company is the business credit report yet little to no effort is made to support the work of the very people trusted to build them. Ridiculous production requirements, time constraints, & the focus isnt on quality & accuracy.

Pay well. Get rid of management get better data

Focus on building the products customers want. Reward people with innovative ideas, overachievers, collaborators.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

Transparency across the organization. Change is an action, not a word. There is a lot of untapped potential in the organization that is stifled due to the old way of doing things.
