What did you like most about the interview process?Elaborate and thoroughly diverse information
What makes you most happy at work?Having a job and being able to fit in
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Diversity of character and beyond measure
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The company needs to change. The very foundation of the company is the business credit report yet little to no effort is made to support the work of the very people trusted to build them. Ridiculous production requirements, time constraints, & the focus isnt on quality & accuracy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Whole company needs to be rebuilt from the top down
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Transparency across the organization. Change is an action, not a word. There is a lot of untapped potential in the organization that is stifled due to the old way of doing things.
