What is the best part about your compensation package?

401k is very good and the Health Care package.

The dental plan is really great

Reasonable health benefits compared to many other companies.

Fair pay for the job

Great maternity leave program. 12 weeks with 4 additional weeks to be used within the first year of life

Recently, we were introduced to Life Insurance that is entirely paid by the employer. I have never experienced this benefit anywhere else and honestly, in my opinion, this is far more important than some others.

401(K) program that far exceeds most competitors

A better personal goal multiplier for bonus. The highest that is ever giving is meets or a 1. Never more than 100% of the business target therefore if the market tanks and your did well, you are out of luck.

Our health coverage is poor, gets worse every year, and costs us more. Our raises are often frozen in lieu of a bonus which is much greater benefit to the executives. There is constant fear off irrational layoffs and downsizing every time the stock market struggles for a month or two.

DuPont took away stock purchase plans, stock awards, pension and merit increase. If they could take away my paycheck they would do that too.
