Review from Operations Dept
Here, we are medium sized company and I find that to be one of the best models. I've been in 1000+ employees plants where I hardly knew people I worked with. I've been in small family businesses where it was too hectic to work. Medium size allows me to get to know people while maintaining good pace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
This subject is not applicable for me.

The people doing the interviews were very experienced and knew what they were talking about (40 years ago).
it is more like discussions and not like interview.
Meeting with the team that I was interviewing to be on rather than just one person/the manager
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the clients and advising them.
I get to help a good company get better, do work that matters and make a good living in the process.

My job and my direct manager let me be creative, let me initiate tasks that I feel important and let me generally work at my own pace and space. All that is extremely important for me and being able to work like this makes me very happy.
