I love doing my job because of the respect I get from the students, parents and school Staffs On special days they showered me so many gifts , gratitude and appreciation.

Pride in getting osssengers safely and on time to sportingvevents!

The freedom of making desitions that the management appriciates a job well done!

I enjoy working with the kids. Personally my most recent driver seems favorable, my driver before that was extremely careless. It depends on who you're around at this job, some people care. But most don't.

Becauce member family hiring and get all right for long employee

Everything needs to be worked on

They need to fire everyone and start over

If the manager ran the company like a corporate business and not like their own private business. You can't hire your friends and hang out with friends in the office and mistreat people you don't personally like and encourage other employees to harass that one person

They don't have enough driver because people need more hours so the kids are being picked up late

Management, pay , business structure, ... they have an employee who got into a accident that caused that employee to relocated but they turn that same employee to the head of safety

They act like and talk to us like we're stupid

PAY WAGE RAISE WOULD BE A GOOD START. APPRECIATION SHOWN TO RETURNING EMPLOYEES INSTEAD OR ONLY OFFERING NEW HIRES INCENTIVES. HOW ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THE ONES WHO HAVE BEEN THERE.

When you love your work and love your company but manager has no experience and Appreciation for what employees do. They never look at all the good we do but firing over one little thing that can be corrected and improved. Unhappy environment is the worst thing no matter the $

Our manager is rude and disrespectful toward parents and staff, she lied to monitors about a raise, she doesnt do her job, she stays in her office and is not approchable!

Attitudes of the drivers. Most are ready to throw in the towel. Parents treat us like second class citizens and students are allowed to be disrespectful.

Better pay and some truth about runs.
