Everything. With the exception of a couple people, the leadership will be responsible for driving the company into the ground. Dynacast is falling behind quickly with no real plan to right the ship. Poor planning and even poorer execution across the board.
These guys need to lern how to be human and start to build up a real HR policy.
Recognizing the talent of the workers who do a great job and pay them what they're worth ,not have them pay the employees more who don't do a good job. Expanding the growth of the talented workers .

no additional pay besides base
Dynacast makes it very clear with their actions that you are just a number. One that they have probably miscalculated, as the company will go through large hiring waves just to lay off entire teams a short time later.
Salary and bonus policy is not based on actual employee skills.
Other people who don't do as good of a job get paid more,they try to make you work harder and lowball you on your raise and wage. Even when you do qualify for more money they try to give you as little as possible. Being paid fairly would make me feel better but also goals to reach to deserve more $
Put more effort in your job and be proactive when necessary. We all follow the same plan and work in unison to reach it .
Amidst all the negativity, there are a lot of good people at Dynacast.
Working environment is just not taken into consideration.
II feel like if bonuses are given to employees for reaching their goals it would motivate the employees and enhance the work environment
