Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Dynacast makes it very clear with their actions that you are just a number. One that they have probably miscalculated, as the company will go through large hiring waves just to lay off entire teams a short time later.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. With the exception of a couple people, the leadership will be responsible for driving the company into the ground. Dynacast is falling behind quickly with no real plan to right the ship. Poor planning and even poorer execution across the board.
