What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Ease keeps the entire company focused in a way that allows us to meet or exceed our goals quarter after quarter! Leadership also does a great job of recognizing people who go above and beyond!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Try to work on helping people
Developing an actual plan that is sustainable. Fixing the culture. Sending anyone who manages people to training to be better leaders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Really great and flexible benefits!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are terrible for them to be a ben admin company. Being paid below market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is collaborative and supportive.
The team atmosphere at Ease is unlike anything anywhere else. Everyone works hard, and works together to achieve goals in a meaningful way.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's a toxic working environment littered with gossip and favoritism. Lot's of 'yes' people who are all talk with little follow through or execution
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company as a whole is united and dialed in on focus areas quarter after quarter. There are no unexpected surprises. Everyone rows in the same direction! It's a lot of fun.

Some of the things that make me happy working at Ease is how I've grown as a professional in such a short amount of time. I haven't found an atmosphere like this anywhere else.
