Their flexibility; allowing black women chance to take on lots of complex responsibilities and projects
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well, I actually would say "average"...but to be fair, most company's meetings are a waste of time and money.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am on a great team, better than many other teams I think, and I've worked at many other large companies.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not much, just a little fine tuning and hiring foreigners that understand the American culture of pleasantries and good cust svc.
