What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Allowed to come and go without responsibility

Basic skill sets and common sense are lacking.

Manufacturing coworkers seem great but Maintenance needs work.

Eaton is more concerned with diversity than talent/qualifications. Also, there is zero accountability for bad behavior and poor performance.

Stop with the dramatic bs. Everyday someone is stirring up things that are unnecessary, always someone complaining to get their way and Eaton delivers it to them. Instead of taking care if the issue "leadership" dances around it.
