Eaton Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

That was a long time ago, but learning about the job and realizing I had an opportunity to be part in building a successful team.

Support from talent acquisition team

Review from Sales Dept

Candid transperant and inclusive process

It was laid back, more of a conversation rather than just questions and answers.

recruiter did a wonderful job

Recruiter explained the different steps and what are they looking for.

The way the interviewers made you feel.

There were lots of interviews so i was prepared coming in

Easy Access and best transparency

Review from Sales Dept

Nothing . All the questions are predetermined.

Review from Operations Dept

it was quick and efficient

They keep everything simple and positive

Review from Operations Dept

Everything is well managed and in order

Laid back questioning with interviewer.

The interview process at Eaton covers a wide variety of skill sets and aptitudes such as ethics and thinking strategically.

Review from Sales Dept

The people were nice and welcoming.

I felt like i was being heard and that i could grow inside the company

Review from Engineering Dept

Not very deep, some to hire people without much research

The interview was with several people to allow for opportunity to meet team members

How nice the HR lady was

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Less behavioral questions and more technical

Maybe hire people with good work ethic who've shown they want to work here. Jumping through hoops over a job I worked in Highschool was entirely unnecessary.

Good idea to interview the management you will working under

Not make the interview process so hard if your just discarding people quicker than it takes to get on.

Review from Product Dept

i understand behavioral questions but i would like to lean more on what the interviewee knows about his craft and training. i think experience should count more too.
