What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and treating everyone fair. Differentiating business from how you feel about an employee on a personal level has been the Achilles heel for Eaton Sumter.

New leaders need to learn the business before setting unrealistic and unattainable goals that plant level employees have no chance of achieving. When getting close to hitting goal, the carrot is moved forcing tremendous amounts of overtime. Replace salary members so we aren't doing 3 peoples jobs.

Leadership formulate personal feelings about the employee and retaliate against them when it's time to review their performance.

Compensation would be ok if I was ever able to spend it. 60 hour work weeks as the norm, insane pressure and demands.

My direct supervisor very seldomly knew what was gong on in or department due to him never being in our department. He did have a favorite coworker that he would call, text, etc, to find out what was going on.

Replace upper management, especially the plant manager and the human resource manager.

i understand behavioral questions but i would like to lean more on what the interviewee knows about his craft and training. i think experience should count more too.
