They are very kind and eager to listen.

Communication, follow through, and listening to new ideas or solutions to old founded problems.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers were reliable at work to getting a job done and doing it well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There have been a lot of changes with upper management. A lot of those changes have been negative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My direct supervisor very seldomly knew what was gong on in or department due to him never being in our department. He did have a favorite coworker that he would call, text, etc, to find out what was going on.
