Extremely disappointed in business execution and "leadership." A lot of people are happy to suggest areas of improvement but I do not see many people taking action or holding themselves accountable.

Willingness to teach, share knowledge, and help.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Senior management and how they (she) have created micromanaged culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am overqualified for my job. I should have a different position that would better reflect my pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being actual leaders. VP is controlling and insecure. Everyone else on her "team" has to get permission from her to make a decision.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
manufacturing outside of the US has crippled customer service and satisfaction. That's not coming back. No R&D - Too cautious with jobs that are selected to bid on. Too focused on margins.
