getting my job completed on time without defects.

We are skilled at our positions and have the ability to train new people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they have direction but no future plans for the new generation of management. no internships, co-ops, nothing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We operate as a team to achieve objectives regardless of whether a supervisor is present or not. We are professionals and quality is our brand.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
i understand behavioral questions but i would like to lean more on what the interviewee knows about his craft and training. i think experience should count more too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we wish to get paid for our accomplishments and being placed where we can make a positive impact for stockholders across the board by implementing what we have learned plus adding new techniques to boost productivity.
