What makes you most happy at work?

Any time I can leave after less the 12 hours.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation would be ok if I was ever able to spend it. 60 hour work weeks as the norm, insane pressure and demands.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Treat employees like people, not things. Be concerned about work/life balance. Stopping moving the goal when we get close. Let us win, for once.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We've had to become close as we rely very heavily on each others support. We get none outside of plant level. You are never allowed to win and you always could have done more.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

New leaders need to learn the business before setting unrealistic and unattainable goals that plant level employees have no chance of achieving. When getting close to hitting goal, the carrot is moved forcing tremendous amounts of overtime. Replace salary members so we aren't doing 3 peoples jobs.
