Eddie Bauer Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Working retail is tough, but the insurance and benefits are the reason why I chose to come back to Eddie Bauer.

Review from Sales Dept

Raises are low compared to area/other companies

Haven't had to use it.

The discount on purchases as an employee

Changing under new ownership so not sure

401, sick leave and PTO

I like the amount of vacation time I get the benefits I get the life insurance and all that

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More work then pay given

I think my knowledge being in retail for over 20 years I should be getting paid more than I am now. I’m a quick learner I’m good with customers and good with my employees and being a good leader. I want to move up with the company quickly and just cleaning the store and folding clothes won’t l

Getting a raise or evaluation after 3 years. Being treated like a human being instead of a sales robot. Not being belittled by HR. Interviews for management hires.

Because those of us in store do not make a liveable wage

I was offered a raise in May along with a promotion but I never received the pay. All I got were the extra responsibilities I was unfairly paid for over a month. I would like to be compensated for they pay I never received.

Review from Sales Dept

I am not paid enough for the work that I do. Despite losing a significant portion of our staff due to COVID, the company has not provided any hazard pay or pay increases/bonuses to compensate the workers who elected to stay. I am not paid a living wage, nor am I given any benefits.

Giving better benefits than the minimum requirements

Review from Sales Dept

Nothing I will be leaving

Review from Design Dept

As an assistant manager there is a lot of work for little pay. More pay would make me feel better.

Review from Sales Dept

Hired on permanently witht the company

higher hourly wage, more benefits

Review from Sales Dept

Constantly whittling away at hours, benefits, and no recognition of any kind after giving 20 years of my life to this company. If you want fairness choose another company. I should have.

Review from Sales Dept

If there was ANY sort of raise/bonus compensation extended to employees, there would be more incentive to expel greatness within the company

Review from Design Dept

For my position I am paid low. Over the past 2 years we have not received merit/cost of living increases do to poor sales.
