Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Eddie Bauer?
For my position I am paid low. Over the past 2 years we have not received merit/cost of living increases do to poor sales.
If there was ANY sort of raise/bonus compensation extended to employees, there would be more incentive to expel greatness within the company
How's the leadership on the Design team at Eddie Bauer?
On the immediate team level (art director, creative director), pretty good. I have rarely enjoyed interactions I've had with anyone above above that.
