I was offered a raise in May along with a promotion but I never received the pay. All I got were the extra responsibilities I was unfairly paid for over a month. I would like to be compensated for they pay I never received.

They are also all new with the company so nobody could ever tell me an accurate way to do certain procedures. I ask one person and I get that answer and then I’ll ask another one and I get a totally other answer. Everybody is confused. And of course myself included. The paper is long and confusing

Doing their jobs instead of depending on others to do it for them
Some regularity to hours and a bit more pay. Hours are cut regularly according to how the store is doing. How would society function if all employers were like this? You rarely know if you'll get enough hours to make ends meet. People come and go so it is difficult to get cohesion and team effort.
