It was easy to apply for multiple positions without jumping through all of the hiring hoops multiple times

That the interview is conducted by a panel of leaders, not necessarily just one individual making the decision.

I liked the two step interview. One on the phone to get a feel if you are suited for the position before you have a F2F.
The way they explained the process and let me talk with presently employed BOAs.
