Dont listen to everything that is gossip, investigate the truth
Realize everyone matters, not just the advisors.
They need to learn how to lead people instead of using their titles to intimidate.
Communication and proper supervision of associates
Investing in newer technologies and getting rid of under performing associates
Providing support and development opportunties on a consistent basis
There should be more realistic opportunities for minorities to explore leadership roles within the firm. This is clearly not the case and the pay scale differs greatly between whites and black associates at the firm.
the leadership of this company is in need of new blood because it has old outdated philosophy on running the company

Delegation. Trusting the team. Staying out of politics. Not overreacting to new governmental and regulatory policies.
They either have no cohesive plan, or no ability to convey one. We experience a ridiculous amount of change in processes, and tools, but there's no apparent accountability for our leadership to to ensure effective training or that they even work correctly.
