Mr. Hurley served as Associate Vice President of Sales and Operations for the individual and family Plans Strategic Business Unit at HealthNet, a subsidiary of Foundation Health Systems, a $9 billion managed care company serving 5 million members in 18 states. He directed all aspects of HealthNet's Individual and Family business including product development, pricing, telesales, marketing, broker services, enrollment, accounting and billing. He was instrumental in leading the development of the first generation of electronic commerce for the organization. Mr. Hurley has more than a decade of experience and leadership in the health insurance industry. Mr. Hurley holds a B.A. degree in law and society from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
