Tom G. Tsao had served as President, Small Business, Individual & Family Products of eHealth, Inc. (???eHealth???) from October 2016 to April 7, 2017. Previously, Mr. Tsao served as eHealth's Chief Technology and Product Officer from September 2014 to October 2016. In this role, Mr. Tsao led the product management, engineering, quality assurance, project management, site operations, and user experience design teams. Mr. Tsao previously served as eHealth's Senior Vice President of Product Management from June 2012 to September 2014. Mr. Tsao brings over 20 years of Internet and ecommerce experience to eHealth. Prior to joining eHealth, Mr. Tsao was Vice President of Product Management at Walmart.com. Before that, Mr. Tsao spent six years at Yahoo! Inc. (???Yahoo!???) where he held various senior management positions from August 2005 to May 2011, including serving as Yahoo's Vice President of Global Product Planning and Business Management and Vice President of Product Management for Integrated Consumer Experiences, in addition to various other product management positions. Prior to Yahoo!, Mr. Tsao spent four years at eBay overseeing the Buyer and Seller Tools Business Unit. Mr. Tsao also spent five years at Netscape in various product management roles. Mr. Tsao holds a B.A. degree in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University.
