What is the best part about your compensation package?

I did not ever sign up for any of the benefits I had my own insurance I have my own retirement plan I didn't need to use any of the company's benefits I have my own benefits

Just very fair and competitive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This is considered health care yet the only "affordable" insurance offered is the bare minimum that doesn't cover anything

Expensive benefits. Low annual raise allotment. Constant manager changes. Inconsistent company policies. Short staffed. Over worked employees.

Only full time workers get benefits, vacation days or holiday pay. A lot of workers are part time.
