Communication and pay, care about its employees
If you are going to ask someone specifically what their skills are so you know where to place them at work then you need to follow through with it instead of putting them in the exact opposite of what they know how to work for.
Communication, compassion, caring for clients and aides
Leadership needs to start caring about the infrastructure and how to improve day to day processes between departments and focus on the inner workings. This company is concerned about appearances, company culture is not positive despite their embarrassing tries to show diversity and inclusion.
Acknowledge their current strategies are not working in favor of the employees.
This is considered health care yet the only "affordable" insurance offered is the bare minimum that doesn't cover anything
Expensive benefits. Low annual raise allotment. Constant manager changes. Inconsistent company policies. Short staffed. Over worked employees.
Only full time workers get benefits, vacation days or holiday pay. A lot of workers are part time.

Needs to find value in morals

Leadership needs to work on the infrastructure and processes for all office staff before implementing and trying to create their ideal company culture. Implement clear processes and training as well as accountability.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with the interview I felt like it went good I dressed up very nice I answered all the questions I felt like it went very positive
The client care is not a priority . Its all about the budget and profit .
Key departments need to step up and complete projects more assertively and timely. Hiring more quality employees instead of running a slim team to produce triple the work.
We have lost a lot of clients due to the office management actions or lack of concern.
Ineffective processes related to admissions
